Data Tracking
Data tracking is a growing field of work, assuming people with the skill to enter data and analyze the purpose of the work correctly. To show my abilities in data tracking, I gathered data information on my own screen time from my phone in five weeks.

Here, I am observing how much of my time is on my phone and inputting it into tables and graphs to correctly display the information easily to read.
PART 3: Final Outline and Conclusion
PART 1: Data Compilation
I took the six apps I used the most and compiled a chart showing the usage of each app. Then, I took the data of all six apps and their usage over five weeks and created a graph to compare the usage of each other over five weeks.
PART 2: Graph Input
What Does This Tell Me?

This data I compiled tells me what I do and how I am using my time. Looking over this data and analyzing it, informs me about myself and can even help me in other ways, such as telling me what I need to use less of or how much I am on my phone in the span of five weeks.

Technology is a big part of our everyday life and we should know how we use it. This can also show us what we need to improve on regarding technology usage.
After looking at all the information and data surrounding my app usage throughout the week, I was surprised at how much most of my time on my phone is using entertainment apps and social media. These apps can be useful as we can connect to other people, but the usage can also be excessive.
After looking at my data, I want to be less on TikTok and other social media apps. I saw that I used Safari a lot more than I thought. I use Safari mainly for school and research so I am happy that the usage of it is significant. In conclusion, I want to limit my usage all together on my phone and use it more wisely by putting my phone down and living in present time.
Email Revision and Feedback Activity
In this assignment, I was tasked to demonstrate in a fake scenario offering feedback and proofreading an email for a routine message from a supervisor. I also had to provide a reworked version of the message that is deemed acceptable for my supervisor to consider sending.

This assignment showed me that being asked to proofread or to edit documents in the workplace requires you to take into consideration your audience’s needs, your relationship to this person, and how to get improvements made effectively while maintaining professionalism.

PART 3: Email Response
The last step of this activity was to conjure a reply to the original sender, to explain the different parts and what the intent was.
PART 1: Email Revisions
In this document, I used Word to suggest revisions to the sender for them to see my thoughts and reasoning.
PART 2: Revised Workup
In this second step, I have drafted a revised email containing all the elements of a normal email, along with the information that is necessary from the sender's original text.
