About Me.
I am a second-generation Asian American student living in the Garland area. I was born and raised in Wylie, Texas, but moved my life over to the Garland area during my teen years to be closer to my family. Growing up, I was definitely pampered being the second youngest but having 2 older sisters and lots of older female cousins definitely kept me in check to being humble.

I also have a younger sister who is my junior by two years, and I spend most of my time with her since we are so close in age. Having a big family growing up is not easy, but I think that childhood experience shaped me to love to meet, socialize, and surround myself with all kinds of people today.
ACADEMIC
I am a Healthcare Management major at the University of Texas at Dallas. I am expected to graduate in May of 2026 with a BS in Healthcare management.

After graduation, I want to pursue a MBA in order to increase opportunities for my career. I would like to stay at UTD for that, but I am willing to change that to do what is best for me in the end.

For my career, I am interested in pursuing healthcare consulting. The reason I am going towards this major is because I would like to have a career in healthcare but from a business perspective. Originally, I went to university as a biology major leading to nursing but I enjoyed the administrative aspects and wanted to do more management work.
